Delete your Walka Blocka account

This page applies to Walka Blocka (com.walkablocka), provided by Touch grass Central.

In the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. You must be signed in to the account you want to delete.

Request deletion without the app

Email kodactle@gmail.com with the subject Walka Blocka account deletion, using the email address associated with your Walka Blocka Google sign-in account. State that you want your Walka Blocka account and associated account data deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. Do not send your Google password, authentication codes, or payment details.

What is deleted and retained

Deletion removes your sign-in account and associated email, basic profile information, and nickname from our app account system. Your purchase records become detached from the deleted account. Purchase tokens, billing/verification records, and the internal purchase account identifier are retained for billing, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations. Purchases linked to the deleted account cannot be restored through a newly created account; we do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to those retained records.

Walking, selected-app usage, and settings remain on your device until you uninstall the app. Original records in Health Connect are not deleted by this request; manage them separately in Health Connect.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your Walka Blocka account does not cancel Google Play subscriptions. To prevent renewal, use Google Play subscription settings.
